Safety First, Always
Our commitment to safety isn't just about compliance—it's about protecting our team, our clients, and ensuring every project is completed to the highest standards.
Personal Protective Equipment
Full PPE compliance for all operatives including helmets, safety harnesses, and protective clothing
Risk Assessments
We walk every job before setting up to identify access risks, falling-debris risks and anything affecting neighbouring properties or passers-by. Larger jobs get a more detailed assessment.
Emergency Procedures
Toolbox talks before any roof or height work, covering the specific risks of that job.
Qualified Team
Our team has the training and experience appropriate to the work we carry out on domestic properties.
Certified & Qualified
Safety Guarantee
We carry full public liability insurance and follow the Working at Height Regulations 2005 on every roof and access job. When a job needs equipment outside our normal scope — a MEWP or cherry picker — we bring in a qualified operator rather than attempting it ourselves. Insurance certificates available on request.

Safe Working at Heights Specialists
Most of our work involves access at height — Brighton's terraced housing means steep pitches, parapets, chimney stacks and lead box gutters. We follow the Working at Height Regulations 2005 — proper scaffolding setup, harnesses and anchor points where the job needs them. For specialist access equipment like a MEWP or cherry picker we bring in a qualified operator certified to use it.
